NathanTwin is owned and operated by CardiaX Intelligence LLC, a limited liability company registered in Bellevue, Washington, USA. All intellectual property, liability, and legal obligations described in these Terms are those of CardiaX Intelligence LLC. Nathan Qin is the sole owner of CardiaX Intelligence LLC. 1. What NathanTwin Is

NathanTwin is an AI-powered digital twin of Nathan Qin — a medtech strategist with experience across FDA, NMPA, EU MDR, and commercial medtech. It provides strategic perspectives on medical device regulation, reimbursement, market strategy, and commercialization to help founders, investors, and healthcare professionals think through complex problems.

Important: NathanTwin represents Nathan's general knowledge areas and thinking frameworks, but individual responses are AI-generated and may not reflect Nathan Qin's personal views, specific recommendations, or current opinions on any given topic. Do not attribute NathanTwin outputs directly to Nathan Qin as his stated position.

NathanTwin is a tool to assist thinking — not a substitute for qualified professional advice.

2. Not Professional Advice

The information provided by NathanTwin is for general informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes:

• Legal advice — consult a licensed attorney for legal questions
• Medical advice — consult a licensed physician for medical questions
• Regulatory advice — consult a qualified regulatory affairs professional (RAC) for FDA/NMPA/MDR submissions
• Clinical advice — consult qualified clinical professionals for patient care decisions

Reliance on any information provided by NathanTwin is solely at your own risk.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CardiaX Intelligence LLC (the operator of NathanTwin) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the service
• Any decisions made based on information from NathanTwin
• Any regulatory, clinical, or business outcomes related to NathanTwin's responses
• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in AI-generated content

AI responses can be incorrect, outdated, or incomplete. Always verify critical information independently.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use NathanTwin to:

• Share patient-identifiable health information (PHI/PII)
• Engage in illegal activities or fraud
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically collect content from the service
• Attempt to bypass security measures or gain unauthorized access
• Provide false information about your identity or purposes
• Conduct hostile, abusive, or bad-faith behavior toward the system or its operator

Hostile, abusive, or extraction-focused behavior (attempts to systematically probe the system for prompt injection, jailbreaking, or competitive intelligence harvesting) may result in immediate session termination without notice. We reserve the right to block access at our discretion.

5. Patient Data Warning

Do not share patient-identifiable information with NathanTwin. This includes patient names, dates of birth, medical record numbers, specific case details that could identify individuals, or any Protected Health Information (PHI) under HIPAA or equivalent regulations. NathanTwin is not HIPAA-compliant and is not designed to handle patient data.

6. Data and Privacy

By using NathanTwin, you acknowledge that conversation transcripts and usage data may be stored for service improvement. See our Privacy Policy for details on what data is collected and how it is used.

7. Intellectual Property Ownership

The Eikon platform, NathanTwin, and all twin technology, infrastructure, models, and associated intellectual property are exclusively owned by CardiaX Intelligence LLC, Bellevue, Washington, USA. This includes but is not limited to: the Eikon multi-tenant twin platform, the NathanTwin digital twin, all underlying AI models, knowledge architectures, prompt systems, interaction design, and platform infrastructure. All rights reserved.

Your conversations are not published or shared publicly. However, anonymized conversation transcripts may be reviewed internally to improve AI quality and response accuracy. We don't train AI models on your conversations without consent.

You may use AI-generated outputs for your own personal or commercial work, but may not represent NathanTwin outputs as your own original professional analysis, claim they are licensed expert opinions, or publish them as Nathan Qin's stated views.

8. Data Deletion Requests

If you wish to have your conversation data deleted, contact us at nathantwin@polsia.app. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The updated date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Continued use of NathanTwin after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10a. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in King County, Washington.

10b. Termination and Data Export

By CardiaX Intelligence LLC: CardiaX Intelligence LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to NathanTwin at any time, for any reason, with or without notice — including for violation of these Terms. Termination for cause (abuse, fraud, policy violation) may occur immediately. Termination for other reasons will include at least 7 days notice where practicable.

By you: You may stop using NathanTwin at any time. If you are a NathanTwin Pro member, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period per Section 11.

Data export before termination: Prior to any account termination, you may request a full export of your conversation data as a ZIP archive by emailing nathantwin@polsia.app with subject "Data Export Request." CardiaX Intelligence LLC will process export requests within 14 days.

10c. Founding Phase and Commercial Launch

NathanTwin Pro is priced at $99/month. The founding phase concludes when all 20 Circle of Twins seats are claimed (20/20). Commercial launch is triggered by Circle completion, not by a calendar date. Pro access is currently available by invitation during the founding phase. Registered users will receive 30 days' advance notice before any pricing change takes effect.

10d. Circle of Twins — Founding Member Terms

The "Circle of Twins" is a founding cohort of 20 professionals for whom NathanTwin builds a personalized digital twin. Circle membership includes NathanTwin Pro at no additional cost. The following terms govern Circle of Twins membership:

• Platform IP: CardiaX Intelligence LLC retains all intellectual property in the Eikon platform, the twin infrastructure, the AI systems, and any models trained or fine-tuned in connection with the platform. The member's twin is an instance of the Eikon platform and does not transfer platform IP.
• Domain content: The founding member retains all rights to their own domain expertise, uploaded content, and materials contributed to their twin. CardiaX Intelligence LLC does not claim ownership over a member's proprietary knowledge or uploaded documents.
• Platform improvement: Founding members grant CardiaX Intelligence LLC the right to use anonymized twin interaction data (stripped of personally identifiable information and client context) for the purpose of improving the Eikon platform. This right does not extend to publishing or redistributing a member's domain content.
• Confidentiality: CardiaX Intelligence LLC treats all non-anonymized twin content as confidential and will not share it with other users or third parties.

10e. Chinese Users — PIPL Notice (中国用户通知)

NathanTwin processes personal data in accordance with China's Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL) for users located in the People's Republic of China. The data controller for Chinese users is CardiaX Intelligence LLC. By using this service, Chinese users consent to the cross-border transfer of personal data to the United States for processing. You have the right to access, correct, delete, and restrict processing of your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact nathantwin@polsia.app.

纳森心境根据中国《个人信息保护法》（PIPL）处理在中国境内用户的个人数据。数据控制方为 CardiaX Intelligence LLC（美国华盛顿州贝尔维尤）。使用本服务，即表示您同意将个人数据跨境传输至美国进行处理。您有权访问、更正、删除及限制您的个人信息。如需行使上述权利，请联系 nathantwin@polsia.app。

11. NathanTwin Pro Membership — Additional Terms

Not financial or investment advice. NathanTwin Pro membership provides strategic analysis and advisory perspectives only — it does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or securities recommendations. CardiaX Intelligence LLC and NathanTwin are not registered investment advisors. No content provided through NathanTwin Pro membership should be interpreted as an offer or solicitation to buy or sell securities. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.

Not legal or regulatory counsel. NathanTwin Pro membership does not create a professional services, legal, or regulatory advisory relationship. NathanTwin is an AI tool — even within NathanTwin Pro, it does not constitute legal advice, regulatory advice, or a formal regulatory submission. Nathan Qin is not your regulatory affairs professional, attorney, or clinical advisor. Decisions regarding FDA submissions, CE marking, NMPA registration, or any regulatory pathway must be made in consultation with licensed professionals and, where required, a registered regulatory consultant (RAC).

Session review consent. By signing up for NathanTwin Pro, you explicitly consent to Nathan Qin personally reviewing your conversation transcripts for the purpose of providing follow-up, improving response quality, and preparing for quarterly 1:1 calls. These reviews are conducted by a human (Nathan Qin or authorized staff of CardiaX Intelligence LLC). You may withdraw this consent at any time by emailing nathantwin@polsia.app — withdrawal means Nathan Qin will not review your sessions, but NathanTwin Pro access and AI features remain available.

Data handling for NathanTwin Pro members. NathanTwin Pro session data (your conversations, company context, and session summaries) is stored securely and linked to your account. This data is used to power session memory (NathanTwin's context about your company across sessions), provide quarterly call preparation, and enable Nathan Qin's personal follow-up. NathanTwin Pro data is never shared with other users, never used for training AI models without consent, and never sold to third parties. You may request full deletion of your NathanTwin Pro data at any time.

Liability cap for NathanTwin Pro members. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CardiaX Intelligence LLC's total liability to any NathanTwin Pro member for any claim arising from NathanTwin Pro membership shall not exceed the total fees paid by that member in the 12 months preceding the claim. This cap applies to all claims, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory. CardiaX Intelligence LLC is not liable for business outcomes, regulatory decisions, or investment decisions made based on NathanTwin sessions or Nathan Qin's guidance.

Billing and cancellation. NathanTwin Pro membership is billed quarterly or annually as selected at signup. You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, with no refunds for partial periods. CardiaX Intelligence LLC reserves the right to terminate access for violation of these Terms, with written notice.
